K. N. Toosi University of Technology, established in 1928, is recognized as one of Iran's government-sponsored institutions of higher education, ranked among the top 5% of universities in the country. The university is responsible for organizing the International Construction Law Conference. The inaugural conference took place in 2020, followed by subsequent cycles in 2022 and 2023. Each year, the conference has a specific focus, with the main themes as follows:

Building on the themes of previous conferences, the upcoming 4th conference will prominently feature discussions on the General Conditions of Construction Contracts.
